Tasting Notes: The Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection was produced from a blend using the finest grape lots of the 2000 harvest. The wine possesses a dark garnet color with the aromas and flavors of cassis, oak and black fruit. It has the balance of a classis Bordeaux style wine with a smooth lingering finish.
