Fermentation: 100% bin fermented and aged in French and American oak.
Aging: 26 months in 59 gallon French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: The Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection was produced from a blend of the finest fruit of our 2002 harvest. This wine possesses a deep garnet color with the aromas and flavors of cassis, oak and walnuts. It is a blend of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from three proprietary vineyards--40% from Yakut Vineyard (Temecula); 40% from Providence Vineyard (Temecula); 20% from Walker Vineyard (Fallbrook).
